What is your return/exchange policy?

We love satisfied customers and want to do whatever we can to make sure you love your purchase. We accept exchanges only within 30 days of the purchase date. We do require all exchanges to have an “exchange authorization code” in order to exchange any item. See below instructions on how to get a “exchange authorization code.”

All exchanges must include either your paper receipt or an order confirmation printout to help us in issuing your exchange efficiently. If the item was a gift, please note the purchasers name and we will be happy to look up the confirmation number for you.

Sale items, items purchased from a retailer, clearance items, and custom orders can not be exchanged.  All sale items are Final sales.

All items must be exchanged in their original packaging and not be worn, washed, or used. Packaging must be unopened.  Exchanges may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Please include in your exchange, what items you would like to exchange and what items you would like in return.  Please also include your contact information in case we need to reach you.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Email customer service at info@peanutposh.com to receive an “exchange authorization code”.

Include your name, item (s) you would like to exchange, and your original order number.  If it was a gift, please include the full name of the gift giver.

If your item is exchangeable, we will email you a “exchange authorization code.”

Please make sure to write your “exchange authorization code” on the bottom of your sales receipt when returning.

Upon receiving, inspecting, and approval of your exchange, we will process your exchange. If any item is returned and has visible been used, worn, washed etc, or opened we will not process an exchange and the item will be returned to the sender.  Exchanges may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

If you send an exchange and it is not accepted, Peanut Posh is not responsible for returned packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please allow 2 weeks for processing an exchange.

What should I use to wash my car seat cover and accessories?

Peanut Posh suggests washing any of our car seat covers and accessories in cold water with a Mild detergent. Lay flat to dry or toss in the dryer. Caution: Using a fabric softener may cause fading to some fabrics.

What models/brands of car seats do your covers fit?

Thanks for asking. We want to make sure you love the way our covers transform your generic car seat. Our covers are manufactured and tailored to fit most car seats.  If you have a newer Peg Perego car seat, we can make a custom hood to create a better fit.  If this is something you want, it is considered a custom order and will be a final sale.  We offer a 30 day exchange policy if you purchase a cover (non custom order) and find that it doesn’t fit your car seat perfectly. How do I install the seat slipcover?

First, you will need to unthread the shoulder straps through the car seat. Place your new Peanut Posh cover over the existing car seat padding and thread the straps through the bottom openings first and then through the shoulder straps. See your manufacturer’s instruction manual for the correct shoulder strap height depending on the size of your peanut.

How do I install the Canopy part of my car seat cover?

You will need to completely remove your existing canopy. To do this, you will need to remove the main supports. If your thinking to yourself, the ends of the main support are wider than the sleeve opening on the canopy, its ok read on. We can help! Most main supports snap together in the center of the arch of the canopy. You will need to separate the snap to remove your old fabric. The first time you pull these two pieces apart it may take some ummph! Don’t give up! It will be worth it, we promise! To make it easier, try sliding the original canopy to one side to see where the main support connects.

Once your old canopy is removed replace it with Peanut Posh’s canopy and snap the main support back together and reattach to your car seat. Our canopies only require the main arch support of the original canopy. You can retire the other support arch (if there are two), you won’t be needing it as we have used tubing for support to the other arches. Still need help? Contact us. We can walk you through it!
